Return & Warranty Policy

All products sold at imates.com.my will have a 7 days return policy!

Returned product must be in its original unopened condition. Buyer must inform us at sales@imates.com.my within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.

imates.commy will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to I-Mates Trading at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to imates.com.my, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to imates.com.my within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation. After the 7 days return period, all warranted product will be claimed under warranty/repair by imates.com.my and non-warranty product is no longer returnable.

For faulty or defective  product/s, imates.com.my will pay for the return shipping cost. Customer must inform us within 7 days after receiving the product/s. After 7 days, customers will have to pay for return shipping cost to claim for warranty.

For Original Manufacturer Warranty product, it means that the product is covered under original manufacturer warranty. Buyer will be provided with the official warranty card by the manufacturer. We will then ship the product to the manufacturer for warranty claim at our own cost.
